Snap Care is seeking a SEN Support Worker for Gerrads Cross, SL9, to help Elsie, an eight-year-old girl with complex care and medical needs.

The role involves 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday during term time, with an unpaid break, plus full hours in school holidays.

You will support ADLs, feeding, therapy programmes, and medical needs, including school runs and handovers.

Driving is essential (WAV, automatic). Start date ASAP.
