Key Information · Job Title: SEN Support Worker · Pay: £18.93 gross per hour weekdays | £21.01 gross per hour weekends | £37.86 gross per hour bank holidays · Location: Maidenhead, SL6 · Hours and Days of Work: A variety of shifts available between 7.00am and 9.00pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday shifts are available between 9.00am and 9.00pm. With up to 31.5 hours per week during term time and additional hours available during school holidays. Commitment to safeguarding, dignity and person-centred care. Excellent communication skills - clear spoken English is important to support Ethan’s communication · Desirable: Previous experience supporting children with SEN or disabilities. · Driver Required: Yes – clean driving licence; automatic vehicle for use on shift · Recruiter: Jade Ethan, 14, enjoys sensory activities, meeting new people and outdoor activities such as parks and farms. Ethan has cerebral palsy, is autistic, has learning difficulties and epilepsy. He needs one-to-one support to develop independence and access the community.
