About the Client/Child: Zoe is an 18-year-old young woman with a cognitive visual impairment, epilepsy, and a learning disability. She is warm, engaging, and enjoys music, family time, holidays, car rides, role play, stories, her iPad, and spending time in the garden. She responds well to 1:1 support and builds strong rapport once trust is established. While she has a degree of independence, she requires close supervision due to seizure risk and potential falls. She benefits from structure, reassurance, and consistent support throughout her daily routine.

You will assist Zoe with morning routines, dressing, and administering morning and afternoon medication, as well as supporting travel to and from university in Surrey to which you will drive her to. Following university, you will engage Zoe in meaningful, enjoyable activities that promote confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing, always ensuring a safe and structured environment.
