Snap Care in London W4 (Kew Bridge) seeks a dedicated Support Worker for a 10-year-old boy with Cerebral Palsy.

You will support therapy goals through fun, movement, and personal care, in a fully adapted home.

Start date September 2026.

Hours: term-time, Mon–Fri 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; holidays 11:00 AM–8:00 PM; Saturdays optional.

Must have experience with children with physical disabilities, be physically fit for moving and handling tasks including hoists, non-smoker, and hold a valid driving license
