Snap Care in Cambridge seeks a SEN Mentor/Companion to support Ivy, a 13-year-old with Autism, after school.
This role focuses on building confidence, independence and a trusted relationship during her transition to a specialist secondary school.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with neurodivergent young people, is LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and non-smoker.
Hours are Monday to Friday 2:30β7:00 PM during term time, with potential extra hours in school holidays.
