From enterprise-wide transformations to shaping go-to-market strategies, our Principals play a pivotal role in driving both delivery excellence and commercial growth. We’re looking for a Principal Data Platform Consultant to join our Delivery team. We’re looking for someone who can lead major programmes, build board-level relationships, and shape Snap’s strategic direction. This role is key to helping our clients unlock long-term value from their data while mentoring senior team members and contributing to Snap’s evolution. You’ll be joining a team that values strategic thinking, collaboration, and commercial awareness. What you’ll be doing...
- You’ll lead strategic client engagements, manage large-scale programmes, and shape Snap’s delivery and capability strategy.
- You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, guide internal initiatives, and mentor future leaders.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale data programmes, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term impact.
- Building and maintaining board-level relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Shaping Snap’s go-to-market strategy and contributing to capability development across the organisation.
- Managing large teams through others, ensuring delivery excellence and commercial success.
- Mentoring senior consultants and managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Representing Snap externally through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and industry forums.
In your first 3–6 months, success might look like:

What you’ll need to succeed...
We’re looking for someone who brings strategic vision, technical depth, and commercial acumen. You might be a great fit if you have:
- 15+ years of professional experience in Data.
- Extensive experience in data and analytics consulting, with a track record of leading strategic programmes.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Matillion) and data architecture.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with board-level clients.
- A commercial mindset and ability to align delivery with business outcomes.
- A passion for mentoring, innovation, and organisational development.
