Why the role exists…
As enterprises modernise SAP and invest in AI, demand is shifting from data platforms to intelligent, governed business execution, creating a significant opportunity for Snap's SAP, Snowflake and Databricks expertise. We're a specialist Data & Analytics consultancy of 177 people with established partnerships across SAP, Snowflake and Databricks, a strong reputation for delivery and a pipeline of £16M+ in opportunities built largely through partner referrals, events and direct relationships. Clients continue to work with us and recommend us because we deliver on our commitments and build long-term trusted relationships. We're now looking to make one of our first dedicated Enterprise Account Executive hires. You'll focus on winning new business across our Data & Analytics practice, helping organisations solve complex challenges through SAP transformation, Snowflake, Databricks and modern data platform engagements that often bring all three together. This is a ‘hunting’ role. You’ll own the full sales cycle, generate a partner‑aligned pipeline and close complex consulting engagements typically worth £500k-£1M+. You’ll have a BDR supporting you and a partner ecosystem that is primed to co‑sell. We just need someone who can run it.
What you'll be doing...
- New Business Revenue: You’ll take ownership of the full sales journey, from initial conversations through to signed Statements of Work, helping clients navigate complex Data & Analytics transformation programmes. You’ll build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, combining partner referrals with your own business development activity to bring new clients into Snap. You’ll use MEDDPICC to qualify and manage opportunities effectively, maintaining an accurate view of your pipeline and providing reliable forecasts that help the wider business plan with confidence. You’ll work closely with a BDR to focus outbound activity on your target accounts, combining partner‑led introductions with proactive outreach to create new opportunities.
- Partner & Alliance Relationships: You’ll work closely with SAP, Snowflake and Databricks partner account teams to identify opportunities where Snap can help clients tackle complex data and analytics challenges. You’ll attend SAP, Snowflake, Databricks and industry events to build relationships, develop opportunities and raise Snap's profile within the market. You’ll represent Snap across partner communities, events, client meetings and collaborative initiatives, building long‑term relationships that create lasting value for everyone involved.
- Commercial & Client Engagement: You’ll build relationships with senior stakeholders including Chief Data Officers, Chief Information Officers, Heads of Data, VP Analytics, Programme Directors and CFOs, developing trusted connections across client organisations. You’ll partner with our delivery teams to shape solutions, create proposals and agree Statements of Work that deliver value for clients while remaining commercially sound and achievable. You’ll maintain accurate and up‑to‑date Salesforce records, ensuring opportunity stages, MEDDPICC information, next steps and forecast dates provide a clear and reliable view of your pipeline.
What you'll need to succeed...
- Essential Experience: A successful track record in enterprise sales within a consulting business, technology services organisation or systems integrator, with experience securing complex, high‑value opportunities. Experience leading multi‑stakeholder consulting or professional services sales engagements, typically valued at £500k+, from initial engagement through to contract signature. A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to create opportunities through your own network, outreach and relationship‑building activities, as well as through partner referrals. Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders including CDOs, CIOs, Heads of Data and Programme Directors, with the confidence to hold credible business conversations at executive level. Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills, with a disciplined, evidence‑based approach to opportunity qualification and reporting. Comfortable working in a growing business where things continue to evolve and where success comes from balancing structure with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
- Nice to Haves: Exposure to SAP transformation programmes, including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA or ECC modernisation. You don't need to be a technical expert, but enough knowledge to engage confidently with programme leadership teams is helpful. Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure and AWS. Experience developing opportunities through partner ecosystems, systems integrators or alliance‑led routes to market. Experience using MEDDPICC or a similar sales qualification methodology. A track record of winning consulting or professional services engagements valued at £500k+.
You'll thrive in this role if you...
- Enjoy driving new business opportunities, building relationships and helping clients solve meaningful business challenges.
- Like working closely with technology partners, alliance teams and wider ecosystems to create value for clients.
- Are motivated by the challenge and reward that comes with complex, high‑value enterprise sales.
- Enjoy navigating consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, priorities and perspectives.
- Want to play a visible role in a growing business where your contribution has a direct impact on future success.
What success will look like…
- By 90 days: You've established active relationships across key partners and begun building a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Your first qualified opportunities are progressing through Salesforce with clear next steps and engagement plans. You have identified priority accounts and a focused strategy for developing them.
- By 6 months: You've secured your first new client win. Partner relationships are generating a steady flow of opportunities and introductions. Your forecasts are accurate, reliable and trusted by the wider business.
- By 12 months: You're performing at or above target. Key contacts within SAP, Snowflake and our wider partner network see Snap as a trusted Data & Analytics partner and think of you when opportunities arise. You've built a diverse, sustainable pipeline from multiple channels and relationships.
This role might not be the right fit if you’re looking for…
- An established portfolio of clients or a large inbound pipeline to inherit.
- A role focused primarily on account management, renewals or customer success.
- A high‑volume, transactional sales environment.
- A position centred on designing processes, developing go‑to‑market strategy or creating propositions rather than leading enterprise sales opportunities.
- A technical pre‑sales or solution architecture role.
What's on offer?
- Role Specific: Base salary: £120,000 Commission: Uncapped. Realistic OTE £180,000–£220,000+; top performers earn significantly more. Working pattern: London-based, hybrid. Regular travel for partner meetings, client engagement and events including 3+ major data and SAP events at the end of this year.
- Team: 177 people, experienced delivery organisation, growing commercial function, BDR support and a leadership team with a track record of scaling comparable businesses significantly.
- Partners: Active SAP, Snowflake and Databricks partnerships with partner AEs who already refer into us, so this is a warm ecosystem, not a standing start.
- Tooling: Salesforce, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense intent data, sales engagement platform.
- Culture: High-trust, delivery-led and relationship-driven. We win because we deliver. That means you're selling something you can be confident in.
