Join to apply for the Delivery Director - Enterprise FMCG Client role at Snap Analytics. This range is provided by Snap Analytics. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

A few application tips… We want to help you put your best foot forward. Here are a few things we look for:

  • Clear, specific examples of your work and impact
  • Relevant experience aligned with the role’s focus
  • A thoughtful response to any application questions
  • A resume that highlights both what you did and why it mattered

If you’re unsure whether your background is the “perfect fit,” we still encourage you to apply. We value potential and growth just as much as experience.

Why this role exists… As Snap Analytics scales rapidly, our largest and most strategic client account, a globally recognised FMCG leader, has scaled too. This multi-year analytics transformation programme spans multiple markets and functions, creating huge opportunities for impact and growth.

Until now, account leadership has been split across senior leaders whose time is increasingly pulled into broader organisational priorities. We need a Delivery Director whose sole focus is driving delivery excellence and account growth for this flagship client. This is a high-profile role with significant influence, visibility, and upside. If you thrive in complex environments, love building relationships, and want to shape the future of data and analytics in FMCG, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll be doing… You’ll lead the strategy and execution for Snap’s largest account, ensuring successful delivery across a portfolio of enterprise-scale analytics programs. You’ll work closely with client executives, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the single point of contact for the client, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies
  • Driving account growth through proactive identification of new opportunities and successful RFP responses
  • Overseeing delivery of multi-project programmes, ensuring governance, risk management, and quality standards
  • Leading pricing and statement-of-work creation for new projects and expansions
  • Championing Snap’s capabilities internally to secure resources and shape delivery strategy

In your first 3–6 months, success might look like:

  • Building a deep understanding of the client landscape and establishing strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ensuring all ongoing projects are running smoothly and meeting delivery KPIs
  • Laying the groundwork for account growth through new engagements and expansions

What you’ll need to succeed… We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of experience, commercial acumen, and confidence.

Required qualifications:

  • Consulting background with proven success in large-scale, multi-year enterprise analytics programs
  • Deep understanding of data warehousing, data engineering, and analytics delivery in complex corporate environments
  • Strong commercial skills, including experience with RFP responses and pricing models
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Matillion, AWS/Azure) and awareness of emerging tools like DBT
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence at senior levels

This role might not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

  • A purely technical position: while you’ll need strong analytics knowledge, this is a strategic leadership position
  • Minimal travel: regular visits to London and occasional trips to Europe are part of the job
