We’re looking for a Publisher Development Executive to join our London-based team and play a vital role in expanding our global network of sports publishers.

As Publisher Development Executive, you’ll be an integral member of our high-performing Publisher Development team, responsible for sourcing, signing, and onboarding new sports publishers into our growing ecosystem. You’ll also help manage ongoing relationships and contribute to building a high-quality pipeline of future partners.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in digital media, advertising, or commercial partnerships—especially with a passion for sport and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- New Business: Identify, approach, and onboard new publisher partners into the Snack Media network, with a particular focus on the US market and key sports.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing publishers.
- Outreach & Pipeline: Develop a robust pipeline of prospects through research, outreach, and smart communication strategies.
- Sales Development: Learn the fundamentals of sales psychology and best practices in digital partnership growth.
- Performance: Deliver against set KPIs and team goals.
- Reporting: Provide weekly updates to the Head of Partner Network and support strategic planning.
