SNAccounts is a rapidly growing accounting office operating in the UK. We specialise in providing accounting services for businesses and entrepreneurs. We support our clients in maintaining books, tax settlements, and financial consulting. Our team is a small, friendly group of specialists with extensive experience in UK accounting.

Requirements:

  • Maintaining accounting records in accordance with current UK regulations
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Dext, Sage 50, Clearbooks, Xero)
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable
  • Preparing quarterly and monthly financial reports and liaising with clients
  • Supporting the team with ongoing accounting tasks
  • Attention to efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of work
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position in the UK
  • Knowledge of accounting principles in the UK and basic tax law regulations
  • Formal accounting qualifications (e.g., AAT, ACCA student) are welcome
  • Good command of English and Polish
  • Excellent organisational skills, responsibility, and independence
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Analytical and logical thinking skills
  • High personal culture and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Stable employment in a well-established company among accounting services
  • Flexible form of cooperation – employment contract (PAYE) or contract/self-employed
  • Salary range of £13–17/h (depending on the form of employment and experience)
  • Remote or hybrid work (occasional meetings at the office in Nuneaton)
  • Paid leave in case of employment on PAYE
