This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career in supply chain operations within a luxury brand environment. As Supply Chain Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sourcing and production process across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with seasonal timelines.

You will be trained to manage purchase and sales orders, coordinate with suppliers and warehouses, and maintain production trackers. This role offers hands-on experience and development across supply chain systems, product launches, and supplier communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain accurate purchase orders for finished goods and packaging across all channels (Retail, Online, Wholesale, Marketing, Corporate).
  • Generate intra-company sales orders and support international and domestic stock transfers.
  • Maintain production and PO trackers to provide visibility on order status and deadlines.
  • Assist with seasonal packaging allocation and manage queries related to packaging and labelling.
  • Support the preparation of shipping documentation and sample shipments.
  • Respond to supplier, warehouse, and internal queries on shipping, invoicing, product labelling, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate (or equivalent) with a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office.
  • A proactive communicator and team player.
  • Interest in luxury goods and retail operations.
  • Willingness to learn ERP systems (training provided).
