We’re looking for a highly organised and creative PR & Creative Production Assistant to join our fast-paced PR & Marketing team. This is a brilliant, entry level opportunity to gain hands-on experience across PR, content production and campaign delivery within a collaborative creative team. If you have bags of energy and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment — this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate campaign shoots
- Manage product logistics between warehouse and studio
- Support shoot prep, retouching and final image delivery
- Maintain brand style guidelines
- Assist with model and campaign shoots
PR Support
- Manage sample trafficking and editorial loan requests
- Coordinate influencer, VIP and press gifting
- Track coverage and support press reporting
- Maintain press database and weekly mailers
- Support events, launches and press logistics
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally 6 months plus experience in PR, studio or production environment
- Basic Photoshop & InDesign skills
- Strong Excel and organisational skills
- Understanding of ecommerce photography
- Detail-focused, proactive and adaptable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
