The Senior Paid Search Executive will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider digital team to deliver sustainable growth across the paid media channels. The role’s primary objective is to manage paid search activity across all markets. It is also responsible for working across paid social, affiliates, and other digital marketing channels when required.
Key responsibilities:
- PPC Day-to-day management of all campaigns, focusing on driving performance to deliver the expected ROAS within agreed budgets.
- Work with internal teams to ensure on-time launch of campaigns.
- Review and improve the account structure to maximise impression share, traffic, and revenue.
- Constant in-platform monitoring of performance.
- Product feed management & optimisation.
- Campaign structure and bidding strategy review.
- Co-ordinate all the required assets, from briefing to launch.
- Actively log in to the engines to review activity and report on performance.
- Report on performance and provide clear actionable insight.
- Responsible for proofreading all ads and checking all destination URLs before go-live.
- Support as required to ensure all ads are launched on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinate all the assets required, from briefing to the design team to uploading to the engines.
- Support the management of the full funnel ad plan and build social ads.
- Review performance and report on activity.
General:
- Produce daily / weekly / monthly reports for the Ecommerce team.
- Keep the digital marketing planner up to date.
- Monthly digital marketing reporting.
- Analysis of performance marketing campaigns.
- Periodic website testing through varying devices to ensure all pages, content and user journeys are functioning correctly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate 2:1 or relevant industry qualification or experience, with a minimum of 4 years' work experience.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
- Confidence in handling & manipulating numerical data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & spoken.
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is a must.
- Google Analytics experience preferred.
- Have a visual and aesthetic awareness.
