Job Overview We are recruiting a fully flexible Outdoor Assistant who will be trained as a bike builder. The role involves providing a high level of customer service, supporting the team in reaching daily sales targets, and maintaining the department's inventory and visual presentation.
Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers with outdoor and bike products.
Help the team achieve daily sales targets.
Keep the department well stocked and well presented at all times.
Work as part of a fast‐paced and dynamic team.
Undergo full training to become a bike builder.
Qualifications Retail experience in outdoor or bicycle products preferred.
Flexible availability, including weekends and busy trading days.
Working Hours & Pay The position is a temporary contract with flexible hours. Pay is £12.90 per hour for employees over 21 and £11.00 per hour for those under 21. Job types include contract, part‐time and full‐time.
Contract Details Temporary contract with a flexible schedule. The role may require weekend work. Pay details are as above.
