Smyths Toys are recruiting an Outdoor/Bike Builder Assistant in the Bournemouth area. This role requires an ambitious, hard-working, energetic and reliable individual with excellent customer service skills.
Smyths Toy Superstores is Europe’s top toy retailer specialising in toys, software, outdoor and nursery products. We are currently recruiting a fully flexible Outdoor Assistant. As an Outdoor Sales Assistant you will provide a high level of customer service, help your team achieve daily targets and ensure that the department is well stocked and presented at all times. You will work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team and will be trained as a bike builder (full training will be given).
Responsibilities- Provide exemplary customer service and support daily sales targets.
- Maintain the outdoor department’s stock levels and visual presentation.
- Work flexible hours with a strong requirement for availability on weekends, which are our busiest trading days.
Retail experience in the following areas is highly desirable: Outdoor, Bikes.
The role is a temporary contract offering a pay rate of £12.90 per hour for employees over 21 and £11 per hour for those under 21. It is available on contract, part-time and full-time basis.
