We are currently recruiting a temporary Baby Department Sales Assistant. If you are ambitious, hardworking, energetic and reliable, and have experience with Nursery products, this may be the opportunity for you. As a Sales Assistant in our Baby Department you will be expected to provide a high level of customer service and work as part of a fast paced and dynamic team.
Our stores are open 7 days a week and we need our Sales Assistants to be as flexible as possible to ensure success. Weekends are our busiest trading days, so it is likely you will be required to work on these days. You will be initially hired on a temporary basis to see if you have what it takes to work in the fast-paced world of retail.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team in the Baby Department.
- Assist customers with Nursery products and related services.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working across store opening hours, including weekends.
- Support the team during the temporary contract period to assess fit for a role in retail.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ambitious, hardworking, energetic and reliable.
- Experience working with or selling Nursery products is desirable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (minimum 3 shifts per week, including weekday evenings and weekends).
