We are looking for someone with deep food and beverage expertise , commercial confidence and the instinct to make a hotel feel extraordinary. Someone who can move comfortably from a busy restaurant floor to a budget review, inspire department heads and recognise the small details that bring guests back.
The opportunity
You will lead the hotel’s day-to-day operation, shaping its performance, developing its people and ensuring a consistently memorable experience across every department.
Food and beverage will be a particular focus. You will bring the knowledge and presence to lead a demanding restaurant operation, working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver hospitality that feels warm, thoughtful and effortless.
The person
- An exceptional food and beverage background is essential , gained within high-quality hotels, acclaimed restaurants or distinctive hospitality businesses.
- An established Hotel Director, Hotel Manager or General Manager, or an outstanding F&B Director ready for broader responsibility.
- A visible, hands-on leader who enjoys being with guests and teams.
- Strong commercial judgement, with a clear understanding of revenue, labour, costs and profitability.
- The ability to recruit, coach and retain talented people, creating a culture of pride, accountability and enjoyment.
- Personality, emotional intelligence and exacting standards, delivered with warmth and humility.
