We are seeking an exceptional Head Banqueting Chef to lead the banqueting and events kitchen of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in North London. This is a high-profile role overseeing large-scale, high-end events including weddings, galas, corporate functions and VIP private dining.

As Head Banqueting Chef, you will:
- Lead, inspire and develop a large banqueting kitchen brigade

- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Events team to create seasonal, innovative menus
- Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency at every event
- Manage kitchen operations including ordering, cost control, staffing and rotas
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and compliance
- Drive creativity and continuously elevate the banqueting offering
