Amazing opportunity for a seasoned Senior Sous Chef to work on the South Coast of England.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Contract: 9.5 months of work (February to December) with 12 months’ pay
Leave: 2.5 months off over Christmas (occasional texts but no work required during this time)
Accommodation: First 3 months provided, assisting with your move to the Isle of Wight
Daily Covers:
- March to June: 250 per day
- June to September: 500-600 per day (working 7 days a week during peak season)
Shift Patterns:
- Busy periods: Expect to work 4-5 double shifts per week, with 2-3 days off.
- Off-season: Enjoy 2.5 months of downtime (with pay) over the Christmas period, offering excellent work-life balance.

- Report directly to the Head and Executive Chef
- Oversee a team of 40-50, including 2-3 Sous Chefs and 10 Prep Chefs
