About the Role
As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen, lead sections during service, mentor junior chefs, and maintain outstanding levels of quality and consistency. We’re looking for someone creative, organised, and confident during busy services — a real team player with strong leadership skills.
