Smyth & Co is a leading international hospitality and luxury lifestyle recruitment business, partnering with some of the world's most prestigious employers. We are now looking to launch and grow a dedicated division focused on luxury sporting clubs, private members' clubs, golf resorts, tennis clubs, country clubs, sporting lodges and high-end leisure destinations across the UK, Europe, Middle East and North America.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven individual to build a specialist recruitment desk within a respected international brand.
Who We're Looking For
- Recruitment experience within golf clubs, tennis clubs, country clubs, sporting lodges, luxury leisure or private members' clubs.
- Sales or business development experience selling products or services into these sectors (travel, events, software, membership services, hospitality, luxury brands etc.).
- Former professional athlete, club manager, director of golf, tennis professional, membership director or hospitality leader with an exceptional network and a passion for business development.
- Experience working within luxury sporting environments and a strong understanding of the key decision-makers within the industry.
- Established network, strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to open doors and develop long-term partnerships.
The Role
- Build and develop relationships with luxury golf clubs, private tennis clubs, sporting estates, country clubs and private members' clubs internationally.
- Identify and secure exclusive recruitment partnerships.
- Source and place exceptional talent across management, operations, hospitality, food & beverage, membership, wellness and executive leadership roles.
- Attend industry events, tournaments and networking functions.
- Grow your own specialist market with the support of an established international recruitment business.
- Work closely with the directors to shape and expand this exciting new division.
