A Michelin-starred restaurant located outside London is seeking a talented and driven Pastry Sous Chef to join its award-winning brigade.

The Role

  • Support the Head Pastry Chef in leading the pastry section.
  • Create and deliver exceptional desserts, petits fours, breads and pastry items to Michelin-star standards.
  • Assist with menu development, seasonal creations and quality control.
  • Train and mentor junior pastry chefs.
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation, consistency and hygiene.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or strong Pastry Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining environment.
  • Excellent technical pastry skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for innovation, seasonal ingredients and refined presentation.
  • Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
  • Right to work in the UK.
