Head Studio Chef .

This is a rare opportunity for a highly creative and organised culinary professional to lead a prestigious Culinary Studio at the heart of a globally recognised luxury brand.

Blending culinary excellence with innovation, the Head Studio Chef will oversee the creation of beautifully presented food for photography, videography, marketing campaigns, product launches, VIP events and brand collaborations, while supporting the continued development of the brand's exceptional food offering.

The Role

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the Culinary Studio, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, creativity and presentation.
  • Prepare and present exceptional dishes for photography, videography, advertising campaigns, social media content and editorial features.
  • Drive recipe development, product innovation and seasonal culinary concepts across the brand's food and beverage offering.
  • Collaborate closely with Culinary, Marketing, Buying and Creative teams to deliver engaging campaigns, launches and commercial projects.
  • Produce food for press events, VIP experiences, media activations and internal showcases.
  • Develop, document and refine recipes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all studio projects.
  • Manage studio planning, ingredient sourcing, ordering, stock control and food cost management.
  • Ensure the studio operates efficiently, maintaining impeccable food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Research emerging food trends, ingredients and techniques to continually inspire innovation and creativity.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the Studio team, fostering a collaborative, organised and high-performing working environment.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Head Studio Chef, Development Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a luxury hospitality, premium retail or fine dining environment.
  • Exceptional culinary ability with an outstanding eye for presentation, detail and food aesthetics.
  • Experience in recipe development, product innovation, food styling or culinary content creation is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of premium ingredients, seasonal produce and contemporary culinary trends.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work to changing deadlines.
  • A collaborative leader with outstanding communication skills and experience working across multiple departments.
  • Passionate about innovation, creativity and delivering culinary excellence beyond the traditional restaurant environment.
