We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join this dynamic team. This is a rare opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art open kitchen with a bespoke grill and hand-built stone oven, serving exceptional Mediterranean cuisine cooked over an open flame.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in high-volume, upscale Michelin-starred restaurants

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop innovative menus
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain Michelin-star standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and disciplined kitchen

Work Schedule:

  • Four double shifts per week

Operating Hours: 8 AM - 11 PM (Closed between Lunch and Dinner)
