Senior Sous Chef – Michelin-Starred Restaurant – Central London. £55,000-£60,000

Smyth & Co is proud to be working with one of London’s most exciting Michelin-starred restaurants, which has achieved its first star within just a year of opening. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join this dynamic team.

This is a rare opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art open kitchen with a bespoke grill and hand-built stone oven, serving exceptional Mediterranean cuisine cooked over an open flame.

About the Restaurant:

  • Michelin-starred Mediterranean cuisine
  • 80-100 covers per service
  • Fresh, seasonal, and top-quality produce

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in high-volume, upscale Michelin-starred restaurants
  • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for guest interaction and creating exceptional dining experiences

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop innovative menus
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain Michelin-star standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and disciplined kitchen

Work Schedule:

  • Four double shifts shift per week
  • Operating Hours: 8 AM – 11 PM (Closed between Lunch and Dinner)
