Smyth & Co are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Senior Recruiter to join our growing international team, focusing heavily on business development across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Caribbean and USA markets.
This is a rare opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious luxury hospitality, restaurant, hotel and lifestyle brands in the world, partnering with industry‐leading operators and exceptional talent globally.
We are looking for someone with proven sales and business development ability, who is hungry to build relationships, win new business, and grow accounts internationally while working collaboratively within a high‐performing team.
While hospitality recruitment experience would be highly advantageous, we would also consider strong recruiters from finance, marketing or other specialist recruitment sectors who understand high‐end client management and relationship‐led sales.
A genuine interest and understanding of luxury hotels, restaurants, lifestyle brands and premium retail would be a major advantage, and a strong network and knowledge of key people within the hospitality industry would also be highly beneficial.
The Role- Business development across international hospitality and luxury markets
- Building long‐term relationships with global clients
- Winning and managing retained and contingent search assignments
- Working on senior‐level and specialist hospitality appointments
- Developing new markets and international accounts
