The Role:
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for leading the front-of-house team, managing daily operations, and ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience. You’ll work closely with the executive chef and owners to maintain the highest standards of food, service, and atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and manage the front-of-house team
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relations
- Drive bookings and reputation through marketing and local engagement
- Uphold health, safety, and licensing compliance
- Support recruitment, training, and staff development
About You:
- Proven experience as a RM or senior manager in a high-end or fine dining environment
- A hands-on leader with a calm, confident approach
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and service standards
- Financially astute with strong organisational and communication skills
