The Role: We’re recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for a beautifully designed modern British gastro pub in the heart of the Cotswolds, part of a small and highly regarded hospitality group known for thoughtful detail – from interiors and music to food, service, and art. This beautiful gastro pub is focused on elegant simplicity, seasonal produce, and warm, memorable guest experiences. It’s the kind of place that feels instantly special – whether you’re stopping in for a long lunch or a slow evening by the fire. We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join a tight-knit kitchen brigade. This is a hands-on role for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and lead by example on busy services. You'll support the Head and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, from prep to service, while helping to train and motivate junior chefs.
