The Role

  • Support the senior kitchen team with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Help lead and motivate the brigade during busy services
  • Maintain consistently high standards across all sections
  • Work with premium seasonal ingredients and open-fire cooking techniques
  • Support the training and development of junior chefs
  • Assist with kitchen organisation, stock control and ordering
  • Ensure excellent standards of food safety, cleanliness and consistency

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has solid experience as a Junior Sous Chef within a fine dining restaurant
  • Comes from a strong, high-quality restaurant background
  • Is confident supporting and leading a busy kitchen brigade
  • Has excellent attention to detail and consistency
  • Is organised, calm under pressure and comfortable taking responsibility
  • Is ambitious and keen to continue developing their career

Package

  • Salary: £52,000- 55000 per annum
  • Schedule: 4 double shifts per week / 3 days off
