We are now seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and dessert operations across our fine-dining restaurant, afternoon tea service, weddings, and private events.

The Role

As Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and delivering exquisite pastries, desserts, breads, and afternoon tea selections that reflect our hotel’s reputation for excellence. You’ll manage a talented pastry team, oversee daily production, and collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to maintain the highest standards of quality, innovation, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated pastry team.
  • Develop seasonal dessert menus and bespoke creations for special events.
  • Ensure consistency, creativity, and precision in all pastry items.
  • Manage ordering, stock control, and kitchen costs within budget.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Sous in a 5-star hotel, Michelin-level restaurant, or luxury establishment.
