The restaurant specializes in casual fine dining Italian cuisine, with a focus on fresh pasta made in-house and utilizing the finest seasonal produce sourced from the Lake District and Cornwall. Serving lunch and dinner exclusively, with a volume of approximately 140 covers per service. The team consists of 14 talented chefs who work collaboratively to create culinary masterpieces.
