We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead the team at a buzzing site in London. With 60 covers inside and a further 60 outside, this venue thrives on exceptional service, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on operator with a strong background in quality-led restaurants and a proven ability to lead teams with clarity, calm, and purpose.

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven General Manager who puts people first — both guests and team alike. You’ll be the face of the restaurant, responsible for all front-of-house operations, training and development, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Be a visible, energetic presence on the floor, leading by example
• Drive team training, development, and performance management
• Oversee all operational aspects including stock management, rotas, and reporting
• Maintain high team morale and resolve challenges with professionalism and composure
• Collaborate with the wider management team to ensure consistency and efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in a quality, high-volume restaurant
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Comfortable with back-office responsibilities and reporting
• A calm, confident presence with a passion for delivering exceptional service
