We are seeking a visionary and detail-driven General Manager to lead the front-of-house team at our renowned Michelin-starred restaurant. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on excellence, precision, and delivering world-class service.

The Role: As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the front-of-house operation, working closely with the Executive Chef and ownership to ensure service excellence, staff performance, and the smooth operation of day-to-day service.

Lead and inspire a high-performing FOH team to consistently deliver world-class guest experiences
Manage daily service, guest relations, reservations, and team scheduling
Collaborate with the back-of-house to ensure seamless communication and alignment
Monitor financial performance and budgets, and implement strategies to drive profitability
Maintain Michelin-level service standards, attention to detail, and ambiance
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a fine dining/Michelin-level restaurant
Deep understanding of luxury service, wine and beverage programs, and guest engagement
Proven leadership, training, and team development skills
A calm, organized, and professional demeanor with exceptional problem-solving abilities
Passion for hospitality and a relentless pursuit of excellence
