Based near Windsor, we are looking for a young and ambitious General Manager or Assistant General Manager that will be part of this successful company group – understanding of managing a fast-paced environment, guest expectations, hiring & training, P&L and other operational duties. You will be part of a small but lovely team whilst working directly with the Owner and Ops Manager a you must have at least 3AA Rosettes or 1*Michelin star background and passion for gastro food.
