The Role
We are seeking a charismatic, hands-on leader to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Restaurant & Bar Manager will:
- Lead service from the front, inspiring and mentoring the FOH team.
- Ensure consistent, detail-driven service with warmth and precision.
- Build strong relationships with VIP and repeat guests.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, stock control and rota planning.
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure harmony between food and service.
- Develop the wine offering, particularly fine and English wines.
- Drive both guest satisfaction and profitability.
The Candidate
- Must be willing to relocate to the South Coast of England.
- Proven experience in a senior FOH role within fine dining or premium restaurants.
- Strong knowledge and passion for food and wine (English wine interest a plus).
- A natural host with excellent communication skills and a calm, inspiring leadership style.
- Highly organised with strong financial and operational acumen.
- Tech proficient, confident with booking and POS systems.
