A long-standing, well-respected private members’ club is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of its bar and casual dining services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of casual bar and service staff, ensuring top-tier member and guest experience
  • Schedule rotas, manage holiday cover, and maintain high staff morale
