The Role
We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary direction across all outlets — including the rooftop restaurant and lounge. You will be responsible for driving innovation, maintaining impeccable standards, and leading a talented team to deliver memorable dining experiences that reflect London’s dynamic food scene.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade across multiple outlets.
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that champion British produce with international flair.
- Uphold exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage food cost, budgets, and supplier relationships effectively.
- Recruit, train, and nurture culinary talent, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
