Job Description

Location: Central London

Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits

We are seeking a highly accomplished Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation of an exclusive private members club in Central London. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a premium food offering within a refined, high-profile environment.

The Role

As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the full kitchen operation, delivering exceptional standards across:

  • A la carte dining (modern British / European)
  • Private dining & member events
  • Seasonal menu development
  • High-end banqueting and bespoke experiences

You will lead, inspire and develop a large brigade, ensuring consistency, creativity, and operational excellence at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef in:
  • Private members club, luxury hotel, or fine dining restaurant
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Commercially aware with experience managing GP, labour, and costs
  • Passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cuisine
  • Experience with high-volume, premium service environments
