We are currently recruiting a talented Sous Chef to join a highly regarded, destination-led coastal restaurant in the South of England, known for its vibrant seasonal menus and high-volume, quality-driven operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a strong and established brigade, working closely with the Head Chef within a professional, well-structured kitchen environment. The restaurant reopens in March, and we are securing the right candidate now ahead of the new season.
