The Role
You’ll own the full marketing strategy and execution — from pre‑opening campaigns and brand development through to launch, engagement, and long‑term customer growth. Working closely with the culinary and operations teams, you’ll bring a distinctive vision to life and establish a restaurant brand that truly resonates with London audiences. Over time, the remit will expand to include an additional concept within the group, offering genuine progression and creative ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for launch and ongoing brand growth.
- Translate business goals into creative, impactful campaigns in close collaboration with the chef, GMs, and creative partners.
- Serve as brand guardian, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the concept’s quality and identity.
- Lead on campaigns, events, and partnerships that drive awareness, excitement, and bookings.
- Create and oversee engaging storytelling and copy across all digital and offline channels.
- Manage social media, website, and email marketing strategies to build a loyal, engaged community.
- Oversee PR, influencer partnerships, and local marketing initiatives to amplify reach.
- Commission and manage creative assets — photography, video, and design collateral.
- Track campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise activity for maximum return.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and cross‑department collaboration with precision.
