This is a rare opportunity to shape, build and scale a world-class culinary operation from the ground up.
The RoleAs Group Executive Chef, you will have strategic and creative oversight across multiple sites, working closely with senior leadership to deliver unforgettable dining experiences. You will:
- Lead and inspire large, diverse kitchen teams across multiple venues
- Develop innovative menus that champion quality, seasonality and excellence
- Maintain premium standards at scale β combining Michelin-level finesse with high-volume operational capability
- Drive consistency, training and performance across all kitchens
- Play a pivotal role in pre-opening planning and the rollout of several new concepts
- Build a strong culinary culture focused on excellence, growth and long-term success
We are seeking a proven culinary leader who has:
- Extensive multi-site Executive Chef or Group Chef experience
- A background in high-end, premium or Michelin-standard restaurants
- The ability to deliver exceptional quality at volume, without compromise
- Outstanding leadership skills β able to motivate, mentor and grow teams
- Experience with pre-openings, new concept development and large-scale operations
- A forward-thinking, collaborative and commercially minded approach
- A passion for pushing culinary boundaries while maintaining brand consistency
You must be London-based (or willing to relocate) and fully eligible to work in the UK.
