- Previous experience as a Head Sommelier or strong Senior Sommelier ready to take the next step
- Background within fine dining, Michelin-starred, or luxury hospitality environments
- Excellent knowledge of wine regions, producers, vintages, and food pairings
- WSET qualification or equivalent highly desirable
- Experience managing wine lists, stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships
- Confident delivering exceptional guest interaction and wine service
- Passion for training and developing front-of-house teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Right to work in the UK required
