Minimum 2+ year experience in a progressive kitchen – 2/3 Rosette minimum.

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in high-end dining establishments.

Passion for European and Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on quality.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Confidence behind the pass, comfortable with an open kitchen.
