Smyth & Co are delighted to represent a prestigious One Michelin-starred restaurant in London, known for its elegant, ingredient-led cuisine and impeccable attention to detail. We are seeking a skilled and organised Prep Chef to join their exceptional kitchen team.
The Role:
As Prep Chef, you’ll play a vital part in the daily mise en place and preparation of the restaurant’s refined dishes. Working closely with a talented brigade, you’ll ensure ingredients are prepared to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and precision throughout service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily preparation of ingredients to Michelin-star level standards
- Supporting senior chefs in maintaining smooth kitchen operations
- Upholding strict food hygiene and safety standards
- Ensuring efficient organisation and cleanliness of prep areas
About You:
- Previous experience in a high-end or Michelin-accredited kitchen
