About the Role
We are looking for a Grill Chef with experience in quality-led, fast-paced kitchens who can execute premium smash burgers with consistency, speed, and care. You’ll be operating a key section of the kitchen and delivering food that’s both craveable and crafted to perfection.
Responsibilities include:
- Running the grill section during busy services
- Cooking items exactly to spec, ensuring consistency in every dish
- Maintaining high standards of speed without compromising quality
- Keeping your section clean, organised, and food-safe at all times
- Supporting with prep and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation
