  • Previous experience as a Head Sommelier or strong Senior Sommelier ready to take the next step

  • Excellent knowledge of wine regions, producers, vintages, and food pairings
  • WSET qualification or equivalent highly desirable
  • Experience managing wine lists, stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships
  • Confident delivering exceptional guest interaction and wine service
  • Passion for training and developing front-of-house teams
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Right to work in the UK required
