We’re looking for a passionate and professional Bartender to join the team at a beautifully restored British gastro pub with guest bedrooms in the heart of Old Windsor .
Led by one of the UK’s most well-known Michelin-starred chefs , the venue combines relaxed countryside charm with a luxury approach to British food and drink. Expect a creative, seasonal cocktail list, quality wines, and a strong focus on guest experience.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and serving drinks with precision, personality, and speed
- Managing the bar during busy services while maintaining high standards
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for all guests
- Assisting with stock rotation, ordering, and cleanliness
- Staying knowledgeable about menus, pairings, and product offerings
- Supporting the FOH team to ensure smooth service throughout the venue
