Smyth & Co are proud to be working with an exciting new food concept launching in the heart of Notting Hill — a café evolving into a full-scale bakery, with an emphasis on fine, modern pastries and bold, creative flavour combinations.
We are looking for a talented Baker or Pâtissier with experience in contemporary, high-quality bakeries to help build this brand from the ground up. The Role:

- Work alongside a passionate team to bring a creative vision to life
- Ensure exceptional product quality, consistency, and presentation
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient bakery operation as the business grows

- You’re confident developing recipes and working creatively with flavour
- You take pride in your work and thrive in fast-paced, early-start environments
- You’re hands-on, proactive, and excited about growing with a new concept
- You have the right to work in the UK
