We're looking for an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to support the Bar Manager in running a high-volume, high-profile bar operation to the very highest standard. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Bar Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar, including staffing, stock control and service standards.
- Lead by example on the floor during busy lunch, dinner and late-night sessions.
- Train, motivate and develop bar team members, embedding a culture of excellence and hospitality.
- Assist with cocktail menu development and maintain consistency across the drinks offering.
- Manage stock takes, ordering and supplier relationships to control costs and minimise wastage.
- Ensure full compliance with licensing and health regulations.
