We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced global hospitality business. This is a varied and exciting role for someone who thrives on multitasking, enjoys working across marketing and communications, and has a strong interest in AI and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full diary and inbox management for senior leadership
  • Coordinating international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and social media activity
  • Assisting with marketing partnerships and brand collaborations
  • Proofreading communications, presentations and marketing materials
  • Managing social media scheduling and campaign coordination
  • Supporting basic finance administration and reporting
  • Acting as a key point of communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Helping implement and manage AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT
  • Setting up and managing AI agents and workflow systems
  • Providing general executive and administrative support
